If you receive a letter titled "督促状" or "市税残額確認のご案内", that means we are unable to confirm the payment of your city taxes until the payment due date. Please pay the taxes by the deadline on the notice letter.
If there is a reason you cannot pay by the deadline, please contact us and explain your situation at the city hall with documents proving your assets and income and expenditure. If not, we'll take administrative action to claim the payment.
* Confirmation of payment requires time. If you've already made your payments, please ignore the letter.

The following ways are available.
When your payment is late, you will need to pay a late charge in addition to your taxes. In that case, you will receive a delinquent notice at a later date.
Please consult with Taxation Division / NOZEI-KA in case you are unable to make the tax payment by the deadline.
